Donald Fehr Officially Named NHLPA Executive Director

Dec 18

As expected, former MLBPA Executive Director Donald Fehr will serve in the same capacity with the National Hockey League players association.

Fehr spent much of September and October visiting every NHL team presenting his vision as the new Executive Director of the NHLPA. Sources say Fehr would not accept the position unless he was unanimously approved by the players.

More to come,

I hope he has eyes to help hockey and not damage the progress already made. Andy, any new news on possible tv contracts with ESPN or Versus?
